The building complex of Euro Adriatic 07, which includes three towers, developed throughout three main construction phases, respectively in 2010, 2013, and 2016, includes a conglomerate of more than 400 apartments for residential purposes, service areas, and hotels. As the most significant and major investment of Euro Adriatic 07, this complex includes more than 300 underground parking slots as well as a defined surrounding infrastructural area available to be utilized from residentials and visitors of the complex.
