In 2007 Euro Adriatic 07 completes its first project in the tourist area of Shengjin. This project includes two civil buildings with a capacity of more than 170 apartments. Furthermore, the project incorporates service space allocated for businesses such as hotels and restaurants which are available for use by the residential community and tourists.
To increase accessibility and improve the overall life quality and the visitors’ experience, Euro Adriatic 07 has invested in the surrounding infrastructure of the apartment blocks as well as in underground parking spots to be utilized by residents and visitors.
