In one of the most prestigious areas of the Albanian capital, Tirana, in 2017 Euro Adriatic 07 successfully completes the construction of the tower in “Italia Square”. The modern project is characterized by a reflective glass facade, which is integrated with the surrounding architecture by creating a modern infrastructure and environment.
The 4-floor building offers facilities for office spaces, bars, and restaurants. The special feature of the project relies on the configuration of the last floor, in which the “Billionaire” lounge is found, a flagship model for Tirana’s bars and lounges.
